Registration is open from 1 October 2023.
There are essentially three ways to register with us.
- Most preferably, apply online via the Medicare app or Medicare online website
- Apply via our customised manual smartform, or a downloadable paper form which you can give to our team at the practice in person or via email (mymedicare@hillsfamilygp.net.au)
- Respond to an online invitation we will send you via the Medicare app or website
