Longer Consultations

Longer consultation times are available, so please ask our receptionists if you require some extra time for PAP smears, procedures & other issues.

Interpreter

If you or a family member requires an interpreter service, we can organise this for you-please let us know when you make the appointment.

Emergency
Appointments

Emergency appointments will always be given priority and our reception staff will attempt to contact you if there is any unforeseen delay. Complex medical problems and urgent cases may delay the scheduled appointments. In these circumstances your patience is appreciated.

Cancelations

Please ring 8850 0488 for to cancel your appointment.

Please cancel the appointment at least 2 hours before your scheduled arrival. You can do this on the app, or call us at the practice. A charge of $50 may apply if you do not arrive at the surgery for your appointment. We understand that emergencies occur so please let us know if that is the case.

(Closing between 1pm-2pm for lunch)
Saturdays: 8am-12pm

After Hours

Our after hours service is available from 6pm to 8am if required , from 12pm Saturday, Sundays and Public Holidays please call Sydney Medical Service for a home visit during this time on: 8724 6300.
