Our nurses



Bachelor of Nursing at Australian Catholic University in 2004, as well as holding a Graduate Certificate in Cancer Nursing at The Australian College of Nursing in 2012. She has completed her Immunisation for Registered Nurses in 2013 and has a Graduate Certificate in Diabetes Education and Management from the University of Technology Sydney in 2016

Kylie started here in May 2013 and works here full time. Her background started in veterinary nursing which she worked in a small animal veterinary practice for 5yrs. She then went on to complete her Enrolled nursing in 2002, and in 2004 completed her Bachelor of Nursing. For over 10yrs she worked at Royal North Shore Hospital in adult surgical nursing, which specialises in Oncology -Urology, Gynaecology, Vascular and ENT. Kylie is passionate about Diabetes management and helping people manage and improve their health. She is an important member of our team involved with our NSW Integrated care program and Health Care Home program.

Kylie has a young family of 3 girls and busy being mums taxi!.

Farah completed her Bachelor of Nursing in 2015 at University of Technology Sydney. She completed her immunisation certificate at Australian College of Nursing in 2016. Beside working full-time she continues to participate in ongoing education to keep up to date her nursing knowledge and to ensure all her skills are at the highest standard for General Practice

Farah is very motivated and engaged and loves every aspect of nursing in general practice, particularly preventative health. She likes to be organized and works effectively to improve patient care and routines in our practice such as immunisation routines and streamlining our reminder system. She is passionate about looking after our patient holistically and is actively engaged in Integrated care planning and following up our Health Care Home patients to improve health outcomes.


Bella- Medical Practice Assistant

Bella, who is also one of our medical receptionists, is in the process of attaining a qualification to become a Medical Practice Assistant (MPA). You will see Bella in her pink scrubs on the days she is working in this role.

This role allows Bella to interact more with patients. Her role includes performing things such as INR, ECG’s, Blood Glucose Testing, assisting the nurses with dressings, assisting doctors with procedures and helping patients with their health goals by administering questionnaires. She also is part of the team which reaches out to you for follow up and reminders.
